Vacation rentals with a patio in Bray-Dunes

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect: new and modern apartment equipped with all comforts, sublime views, beautiful surroundings of Oosteroever, the center is easily accessible by free ferry. In short, enjoyment from start to finish. We'd love to come back!

what a delightful place to stay, simply stunning and homely. Ever detail and need catered for, in such peaceful surroundings. We loved the the courtyard with the beautiful plants and lighting and the bed was so comfortable with soft sheets. We love to cook so the kitchen was a dream all utensils were well thought out and well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and glassware. We walked on the beach every day, which is only 5 minutes away and made our way into Broadstairs and Margate, lots of amazing restaurants too. The perfect place - highly recommend !!

Studio as described, not very large but functional and well-equipped. Please note that the stairs are steep and narrow. Very well located in relation to Vieux Lille, you can do everything on foot. Paid parking to consider.

Nathalie's apartment is very comfortable, spacious and very well located. It immediately felt good. The view of the sea, the terrace sheltered from the wind, the proximity to the city center and shops, make it a high quality property. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were in the loft with 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. Amenities and cleanliness were impeccable. The loft is very nicely decorated and the terrace invites you to relax. Mireille was a great host. All inquiries were answered as quickly as possible. We forgot towels, Mireille quickly provided us with some. The surroundings are very nice for walking and eating out. We highly recommend the place.

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

It was a very nice stay with Marc. The apartment was very neat and well equipped with all necessities. The apartment is very centrally located, making the beach, as well as the shopping street, a few minutes' walk away. Marc was always available and responded very quickly. Definitely recommended for those who want to spend a few days in Nieuwpoort.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Can walk easily to Broadstairs and Ramsgate in about 15mins. Great sea views from the apartment. Spacious living area. Host was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be back!

A real gem in the countryside for those looking for calm and relaxation... In a green and peaceful environment while being close to the points of interest of the region, the accommodation is as well located as it is charming and well equipped... like this simply fantastic HOT TUB! Finally, Cathy and her husband are simply adorable and available... so of course I recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

The house is very inviting. It is perfectly located between the beach a few minutes away and the park on the corner. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living spaces are warm. We had a great weekend there!

Very nice townhouse, responsive host! Very nice The only small downside is the size of the 50/100 towels, one per person. It's difficult when you have long hair to have only one towel per person. 70/140 for the body would be ideal! Thank you for your kindness and maybe see you soon!

The House was perfect for a relaxing weekend of family time. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the equipment we needed for a large family that enjoys cooking, eating, and drinking well. We felt right at home and had a very special, relaxing and fun few days.

We had a great evening enjoying the bocce court and the jacuzzi, everything was great! Quiet environment and welcoming host, I recommend it!

Great little flat within easy walk to everything such as seafront, Turner Gallery, cafes, bars & great little crab museum 🦀 Comfy bed, nice linen & toiletries. A lovely base to explore Margate.

We had a lovely stay at Josephine's. The accommodation is pleasant, tastefully decorated, functional, well-equipped with beautiful sea views. We won't hesitate to return

We loved the flat especially being able to see the sea from the kitchen, lounge and the top lounge & roof terrace. Being right in the town means you're close to everything- Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes & the beach.

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

The highlight of the apartment was certainly the beautiful view, we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, even has vinegar if you bring some fish & chips home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full sized hairdryer. All very appreciated. The path in front is easy to get to Margate from, we found the path down along the beach to be less windy and more enjoyable. Tiarrah's Pizza bar is close by and does fantastic pizzas and cocktails. I slept amazingly well too. We were offered an early check-in too which allowed us to get more time on holiday. thanks!
