we had a great time at this very nice house, very well furnished and with all the comforts. the bedding was very comfortable. Our host is a very nice person and always available. Thanks to the owners for this beautiful weekend

My husband and I took our baby for a break and had a lovely stay in the beautiful cottage. It felt like home and we made use of the hot tub. We had everything we needed and the whole place was immaculate. The location is great for being in the countryside but close enough to visit the coast and was ideal for using the shuttle to and from England.

We spent a very pleasant weekend as a couple in this accommodation , the peaceful and discreet location contributed to it as well as the hot tub and ping pong table. We highly recommend this place to decompress or have a good time.

Cozy, clean cottage with large garden. Quietly located, private. The hot tub was a nice extra. The cottage is 1 open space (upstairs large bedroom with all beds, open stairs, downstairs living room, bathroom separate). So when our kids were asleep, we had to sit outside or they'd hear us too loud. No problem for us because the garden is very cozy but in a colder season it is important for families with bad sleepers like ours. Jan was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was warm as soon as we wanted to get in. And other questions were answered immediately. Everything is fine!

The subdued atmosphere, the amenities, the private spa... everything is combined for a relaxing and intimate time for two. The bed is very comfortable, the space is clean and well maintained. Special mention for the little touches and decor that immediately immerse you in the universe! Thanks to François for his discreet and efficient hosting.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandy Feet Cottage. The cottage is in a great location, only a few minutes away from all that Broadstairs has to offer. Great location for exploring further afield too, as there are some lovely walks including one to Margate. The cottage was very clean and had everything that you needed. The description was spot on. Sally was vey easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was really nice Stairs very steep Be careful if you have a dog One of the neighbours dogs attacked our dog very aggressively and the owner was too Terrified to take the dog out on the green at the front This happened on our first night and really impacted our stay

Very pleasant stay for our small family. Sports, nature, and a visit are on the agenda. A very nice break in a busy life... To be repeated soon! Very welcoming hosts, clean and well appointed accommodation... What more could you ask for?! Don't hesitate to make a reservation!

This house was as lovely as it looks. It’s situated in a peaceful location and is well positioned for walks and trips further afield. Beaches are a short drive away. The house has all the amenities you need and was spotlessly clean and clutter free. Charlotte was proactive and very friendly in her communications, which were clear and concise. We had a super relaxing long weekend and really can’t recommend this house enough.

We had a very nice stay in Together Times Twelve with the whole family, very nice and large garden with lots of privacy. Quiet neighborhood and very child-friendly. Everything is available. Filip & Carla

We throughly enjoyed our stay here!! It was the perfect location to get to the beach and the shops! There were loads of local recommendations from the hosts and they were clear with what was dog friendly too. I would say one thing - We brought our medium sized dog with us (who can expertly open doors) and the front door just has a small latch to keep door locked which the dog could easily open so we didn’t feel comfortable at all to leave the dog at home if we wanted to go out. So just be mindful of this. Would be helpful if there was another lock that you could lock the door using a key

We had a great time in this lovely cottage. It has so much character and charm, and loads of space. It was clean, really beautifully decorated and practical - kitchen had everything we needed, big dining table, two outdoor seating areas (so you can get sun morning and afternoon!) and big bathrooms. The stairs are steep - fine for us - but the cottage location is fab- walkable to the beach and the lovely shops and restaurants of Broadstairs. The owner also provided maps and guidebooks for the local area. Communication with the owner was perfect, we had everything we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, thanks for having us Ellie!

Very spacious house. It is very well located a few minutes from the beach and close to the tram and bus. At the same time the house is very quiet. Philip was very welcoming. We recommend.

A wonderful weekend of pure enjoyment! What a gem of a stay! This cottage exceeded all our expectations: perfectly equipped, sparkling clean and with a charm that immediately relaxes you. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings to the fullest – rolling hills, fresh outdoor air and everywhere you look: tranquility. Waking up in the morning with the bellowing of curious cows in the distance, exploring the region by bike with the best friends during the day, and joining the cozy barbecue in the evening... A person really does not need more. The cottage offered us everything: comfort, atmosphere, and a place to make memories together. We loved our stay in this lovely cottage. It is a beautiful location, quiet, cozy and very comfortable. We will definitely be back. The house is equipped with everything: all possible attributes for the kitchen, great bathroom, beautiful garden with possibility to eat outside and read on the terrace, tastefully decorated, great beds. The host and hostess welcomed us kindly and showed us around the neighborhood, passed on good restaurants, etc., they are very sympathetic. It was a lovely experience.
