We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. You'll have an Espresso machine, Ice Cream maker, Workstation and all you need to have a great stay!

It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. They are 300m from the Little Beach, the Promenade that takes you to Cervantes Old Town in 10’. The Ladies Beach is a kilometer away. From the street to the apartment there is a 30 steps. The suggestion is to not enter this busy street in the summer, but to choose the parking lot (near the former Hotel Jadran) from where you can walk to the accommodation in 5’

Ulcinj - Stonehouse in Oldtown with sea view

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.
