Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brasov

My family and I have met from different countries at Iulia’s place and I must say it was a pleasure to have stayed at her place. It was spacious and clean just as described. Walking distance to most places we have been, local shops, restaurants and central. I definitely recommend to others .

Am avut o experiență pozitivă la această vilă. Ne-am cazat într-un grup de 8 persoane și am avut toate utilitățile de care am avut nevoie. Bucătăria este dotată cu de toate, am găsit orice am avut nevoie, salonul este spațios și frumos amenajat. În plus, terasa din curte este un avantaj mai ales atunci când gătești ceva la grătar. Administrația a fost foarte receptivă și la orice întrebare ne-a răspuns și ajutat. Am stat două zile și am savurat la maxim. Suntem mulțumiți și aș reveni aici cu mare drag!

We stayed at this beautiful home with a group of 7 and it exceeded all our expectations! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Each room was thoughtfully designed, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living areas were perfect for hanging out together. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms, which made mornings and evenings a breeze for a larger group. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet in a quiet area that made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. Would 100% recommend this place for families or groups of friends. We’d definitely come back again!

The host was very responsive and he was very flexible. We enjoyed very much our stay there. The location is close to the bus station, 15 minutes walking from train station and you can find a lot of grocery stores nearby.

Отдыхали двумя семьями с детьми. Для семейного отдыха шикарные апартаменты. Очень понравилось и детям и взрослым. Отзывчивые и доброжелательные хозяева.

The villa is very suitable for a large family — we were 11 people, including 4 children. Each room has its own private bathroom and shower, which is very convenient. The villa is located outside of Brașov, but we reached the city center in about a 10-minute drive. In our opinion, the drive was worth the spaciousness we got at the villa. It’s important to note that the shared area is in a separate space — you go one floor down (below ground level), and there is a large kitchen with tables and sofas. Although it’s not connected directly to the rooms, we spent a lot of time there together and it was nice. It also makes the room area very quiet for those who want to sleep. Alexander, the host, was very pleasant and helpful with whatever we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Our two day stay was great. Clear check in instructions and prompt communication with Alex. House rules were displayed in every room and communicated via messaging. Free carpark on front of the apartment which was great. The ground floor apartment (double story home with shared entry to front garden) is located 15 mins walk mostly downhill to town. It was spacious and very clean. Although we haven’t used the kitchen for cooking it appeared to be equipped for cooking and longer stays. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. Wi-fi was fast. Suitable for longer stays if needed. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time in the apartment- it was clean, spacious, well styled and organized & well equipped. Host was very friendly and communicative. Location is great and within walking distance to the old town. Thank you for hosting us.

O locatie superba, exact ca in poze. Gazdele foarte prietenoase si aproape de clienti cu orice sfat. Nu am avut nicio problema. Recomand cu drag!

Foarte confortabil apartamentul dumneavoastra Curat , intr-o locatie destul de linistita , magazine de la care puteai cumpara pana tarziu , o sa revin cu siguranta la dumneavoastra, multumim mult pentru sedere.

Am avut o experiență minunată în apartamentul închiriat din Poiana Brașov. Apartamentul a fost extrem de curat și frumos organizat, exact cum ne-am dorit. Am primit instrucțiuni clare și detaliate pentru a găsi parcarea și apartamentul, ceea ce a făcut totul foarte simplu și fără stres. Ne-am bucurat de momente plăcute la piscină, iar copiii s-au distrat de minune la locul de joacă. Totul a fost bine gândit pentru a ne oferi o ședere relaxantă și confortabilă. Recomand cu încredere acest loc pentru o vacanță reușită în Poiana Brașov!

Am fost foarte impresionati de apartament si de gazduire! Totul este la superlativ si se simte pe deplin implicarea domnului Iorga si interesul acordat pentru a asigura confortul chiriasilor. Apartamentul este integral accesorizat si foarte curat. Noi vom reveni categoric cu placere! :-)

A great holiday. The place is happily situated, very close to the heart of the city. The park nearby offers a lovely view and space to walk or sit lazily outside. The rooms are nicely decorated and in the kitchen there was everything one needs, just like at home. Almost perfect ("almost" comes from the fact that the appartment lies at 3rd floor and not a lower one ;) ... a minor issue, of course!)

On the edge of the lovely old town of Brasov. Bus stop close to the house was good as parking in old Brasov was limited. House was clean and comfortable with some glamour.

Amazing chalet next to the forest! Lots of bedrooms, big terrace and fresh air. We had a barbecue and had an unforgettable weekend here. The house is very clean and cozy. And a wonderful man was always happy to help us. He made a fire and warned us about the bears that live in the forest. The house is completely safe. The fence is protected from wild animals by electricity, and the windows can be closed with wooden shutters. We highly recommend this place. It is a great place for children and adults to spend time. You will not be bored and you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Pet general, locuința este destul de ok pentru un sejur de 10 persoane. Un minus este că o baie nu se încuie și desigur nu am fost de-acord ca sunt camere de supraveghere în casă!

My husband and I both work in the hospitality industry in the United States and were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The quality of the towels and linens was great and the place was well stocked. We loved it!

Recomand vila pentru toate anotimpurile. Locul perfect pentru a petrece timpul cu prietenii. Gazda foarte amabila si ingaduitoare.

am rezervat pentru munte la ski, 10 persoane. Gazda ne-a ajutat cu.l check in la o ora destul de târzie, apreciem mult. Curățenie impecabila, comunicare foarte bună. bottom line, merita, sper sa mai ajungem în viitorul apropiat, ne-a placut mult.

The house is very spacious, squeaky clean with everythg you may need for your stay. We were 6 adults and 3 children and we enjoyed lots of space. The table tennis and the foosball in the basement was a hit with the children . Very good restaurants in walkable distance and great scenery around. The road leading up to the villa is a bit rough but I guess it comes with being in the mountains and the view from the terrace made up for it.
