Locația este liniștită, iar ciubărul (pentru care taxa a fost decentă) este un mare plus. Ciprian a fost receptiv și ne-a ajutat cu orice, rămânând o prezență discretă. Grătarul este acoperit și are masă lângă. Panorama de la balcon, dimineața, este minunată.

Ne-am simtit minunat la 30 Forest. Curatenie impecabila, camere spatioase cu termostat propriu si aranjate cu bun gust, bucataria utilata cu orice am avut nevoie, sauna, si am avut si locuri de parcare in curtea proprietatii. Vila este foarte bine pozitionata, intima, inconjurata de natura, dar si aproape de centru, cat si de partia de ski din Azuga. Andreea si Alin au fost foarte primitori si ne-au ajutat ori de cat ori am avut nevoie pe parcursul sederii. In curte este amenajata zona de gratar, unde poti sa si servesti masa la aer curat, cat si un ciubar cu vedere panoramica. Recomandam aceasta locatie si cu siguranta ne vom intoarce si la iarna!

המקום חדש יחסית ולא מוכר. לדעתי כי בעל הבית קצת מתקשה עם אנגלית. לגבי המקום ממש מדהים ברמה של גן עדן היינו כשהיה מושלג והנוף פשוט משהו בלתי רגיל. יש רק 2 צימירים מרוחקים מאוד אחד מהשני. קיים גם עוד ביתן ארוח לעל האש עם מערכת קולנוע תנור אספרסו וחימום . כל המתקנים עם חימום רצפתי וקמין בסלון בצימר. בעל הבית מאוד אדיב ורצה לעזור לתת שרות. המטבח מאוד מאובזר. הבעיות שנתקלנו בהן שלחץ המים נמוך ואם מדליקים כמה מוצרי חשמל ישנ. ירידה במתח האורות מתעממים. כשיורד שלג יש בעיה להגיע עד הצימר וצריך לחנות מרחק 10 דק הליכה מהצימר אלא אם באתם עם 4×4. גם בנושא זה בעל הבית עזר לעלות ולרדת כשהיה במתחם. לדעתי לא משהו מהותי אישתי הפריע לה נושא הלחץ מים. המים תמיד חמים מאוד. ליד הצימר בצמוד גקוזי וסאונה אישית פשןט מדליק ברמות להיות בגקוזי שמסביב מינוס 5. בקיצור המקום לדעתי ממש מושלם ושווה כל דולר נקי מאוד מסודר מאוד והציוד נראה איכותי וחדש. אשמח לתת חוות דעת נוספת אהרוני ח"חי

We stayed here in April 2025, it is a great house, in a wonderful location. Very quiet, and a short drive from Brasov and Bran Castle. Raznov has supermarkets in very short driving distance. The house was very clean when we arrived. Silviu was very helpful and communication was easy. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your house.

The villa is very suitable for a large family — we were 11 people, including 4 children. Each room has its own private bathroom and shower, which is very convenient. The villa is located outside of Brașov, but we reached the city center in about a 10-minute drive. In our opinion, the drive was worth the spaciousness we got at the villa. It’s important to note that the shared area is in a separate space — you go one floor down (below ground level), and there is a large kitchen with tables and sofas. Although it’s not connected directly to the rooms, we spent a lot of time there together and it was nice. It also makes the room area very quiet for those who want to sleep. Alexander, the host, was very pleasant and helpful with whatever we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Was a little hard to get hold of the host at first but we did make a same day booking so I’m sure she was not expecting anyone that day hence why it took so long to respond . The place is at the very top of a very steep hill which is a uneven road so be careful when driving up . The place is a little tired and the furniture could do with a little updating and kick of paint on the outside etc. saying that it did not spoil our two days away the kitchen is very well stocked and comfy beds and large bath towels . We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area

O vila foarte frumoasă situată într-o zona liniștită, dotata cu tot ce ai avea nevoie. Am făcut un grătar si am mâncat pe terasă într-un ambient foarte plăcut. Gazda a răspuns prompt solicitărilor noastre. Recomand, mai venim.

A perfect place for a family vacation, spacious, clean and with a lot of thought given to all the little details including spacious rooms, abundant showers, heated pool, hot tub, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen (there are 2 refrigerators), huge garden and beautiful views. The villa really has everything you need for a perfect extended family vacation. A level of equipment and cleanliness similar to a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended The owner of the villa is very kind and very helpful.

What an amazing house! It exceeded all our expectations. We had everything we need and even more, including nice barbecue area. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and had a great time! Slopes are located 5 minutes by foot, shop 10 minutes. We were greeted and looked after. Doru was very responsive and Iuliana welcomed us and was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très attentionné envers nous. Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans cet appartement. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, surtout au coucher du soleil.

We spent an extended weekend at Bogdan's villa and had a wonderful stay. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, with well-maintained interiors. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We particularly appreciated the well-functioning and pre-filled coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher, but apart from that, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

it was an amazing stay, great location, peace and quiet, and well equipped for everything we needed. the host is always very helpful and prompt with all request. we will come again.

Am petrecut un sejur minunat în Bușteni! Căsuța a fost perfectă: curată, bine utilată, primitoare și ideală pentru relaxare. Ne-am bucurat din plin de ciubăr – o experiență superbă, mai ales seara, cu munții în fundal. Liniște, aer curat și un vibe cozy care ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă și atentă, mereu disponibilă dacă aveam întrebări. Recomand un loc în care sigur ne vom întoarce!

Totul a fost absolut minunat - este o căsuță la poalele unui deal înconjurată de priveliști frumoase si liniștite. Dimineata se aud doar sunete pastorale - vacute, gaini. Casa este deosebita, exact ca in poze, cu balconas in fiecare camera, paturi confortabile, 3 bai si bucătărie echipata (fara cuptor, totusi). Dl. Catalin a fost foarte responsive si proactiv, ne-a lasat instructiuni despre cum sa ajungem acolo, si cum sa folosim jacuzziul (care e super!). M-as intoarce oricand :)

שהייה מעולה! מיקום נגיש ליד סופרמרקטים ובקרבה לאטרקציות של סינאיה פרדיאל ובושטני. הוילה מדהימה עם מחשבה על כל הפרטים, היה נוח, נקי, כיפי ושקט. אנחנו נחזור שנה הבאה! מומלץ בחום

Gazda primitoare, locatia foarte frumoasa, cu peisaje superbe, bine dotata, camerele au baie proprie, zona de gratar foarte bine pozitionata si cu tot ce e necesar. Vom reveni.

Beautiful place, we also discovered a lot of little delightful things on our stay. The little lake and Koi Pond near the house gelled surprisingly well with the mountain view.

Casa este superba, mobilata cu stil si atentie la detalii, terasa merita toata atentia iar privelistea e de neuitat. Este perfecta pentru un weekend linistit in familie, sau punc de plecare pentru excursii din zona.
