Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. Jasmine Serenity Apartment - behind Black Church

Jasmine Serenity apartment offers an authentic experience in old city center, close to The Black Church and Schei Gate. Renovation was made with big care for natural elements, using soft pastel colors, but at the same time providing all modern appliances, furniture and amenities for the most pleasant stay. Old wood from a 100 years old house was manually crafted to create furniture pieces and decorations. The walls are covered with painting of local botanical artist.

A very warm and welcoming apartment, located in the heart of the old historic city center of Brasov. It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.

Located at the border of the old city and the forest, our tiny studio offers easy access to the old city buzz but also to the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife surrounding the house. The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.
