You will also be 5 minutes from the magnificent Pont d'Yves blue lava tunnel and 5 minutes from the magnificent Parc des Palmiers.

Entire semi-detached house of 64m² with private garden of 140m². This home will welcome you in a quiet space and close to the new palm garden (6 min walk) with its children's games and health trail. Two parking spaces are available directly in the garden of the house. The accommodation is composed of two bedrooms, the first private on the ground floor and the second located in a duplex. A bathroom with toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Built in 1905, Kaz Cyatheas is a wooden house under sheet metal, with an architecture directly inherited from marine carpenters, with its four-sided roof, shingles, veranda and lambrequins. From the veranda, you can contemplate the Creole garden, a combination of various plants. Ideally located in the heart of the village to discover the Creole huts or access the many hiking trails.
