Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Fresh house of 30 m2 with a private patio. The house is located on the southeastern part of Brännö with walking distance to swimming, nature trails, shops and restaurants. On the entrance level, there is a small hall, a bathroom and a small bedroom. A few steps up there is a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a stove with induction hob and oven, fridge and cooking equipment. In the loft, there is a single bed and storage spaces. Sheets, towels and bath towels are included in the rental. Towel for sea bathing is not included

Welcome to an archipelago house with a fantastic sea view on the island of Asperö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserve, cliffs and sea just around the corner and also a grocery store and an inn 5 minutes away.
