In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Looking for a place to slow down? Then come to Vieritz. You can relax in our small and cozy old country house. Enjoy the scenery by bike or a boat on the Havel. On our farm, we have a children's playground. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watching (stork couple). Our chickens are also happy to lay fresh eggs for breakfast. The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb fee for hosts.

This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
