You will find everything from garden furniture, hammock and outdoor activities in the form of games and a trampoline. There are several cozy nooks that you are welcome to use, just as there is a Mexican fireplace and barbecue in the garden. Free parking in front of the house.

The home is located right on the highway but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected - especially on weekdays and at harvest time. The cottage is fully equipped and ready to move in. Bathroom with toilet and washer + dryer. The cottage has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the fields. There are garden tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue. As well as lounge furniture and a fire pit.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Peaceful farmhouse in the countryside

What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and peaceful and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. It's a clinic floor. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.
