Moderately furnished (main essentials). Cottage is located within walking distance to the commercial services of Svenstavik. Ski-resort (Vemdalen, Klövsjö) aprox. 35 min drive away by car.

Relax with the family in this charming cottage, situated in a quiet and secluded area with stunning views and private grounds. 100 meters to the lake with dock and barbecue area .is a perfect place to relax.year about. There is a small rowing boat with motor available on request. Two kayaks available. Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen . one hour, which gives access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets welcome! Walking path just above the cottage for about 2 km.

Umgås med familjen och vänner i vår fantastisk stuga med stort utbud av aktiviteter i närheten. Vintertid finns det längd och alpint nära med Klövsjö, Åsarna, Storhogna, Vemdalen. Vid rätt förhållande finns det även spår precis bakom huset. Sommartid finns underbar vandring, vattenfall, sjöar, fiske, bad och bastu i Rätan. Eller prova motionsspåret precis bakom huset. Huset har en fullutrustad kök och mysig vardagsrum för avkopplande häng med familjen eller vänner. Höghastighet bredband finns.

In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.
