Beliggende i udhus ved siden af vores egen bolig. 5 km fra E20/E45 og Kolding storcenter. Under en halv time til Legoland , Legohouse og Givskud Zoo. Der er ca. 700 meter til indkøbsmulighed samt bager. Hyggelig og fredelig have, hvor ingen faciliteter, skal deles med andre. Gode vandrestier i området bl.a. ved Donssøerne. Herudover cykelsti til Kolding.

Newly renovated and charming 3-room apartment (60 sqm) in Kolding's Latin Quarter, a few minutes' walk from shopping, cafes, Koldinghus and Slotssøen. Two separate bedrooms with room for three people in total. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view of Koldinghus and the neighborhood's houses and yards. Access to the courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and pick fresh vegetables in the greenhouse in the summer. The apartment has its own entrance via the house's shared staircase.

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. Vi har en fredelig schæfer hund (Boris), som elsker at få besøg.

Denne hyggelige bolig på 50 m2 er beliggende et roligt sted under en kilometer fra centrum og med let adgang til og fra motorvejen. Huset har et køkken/stue med spisebord til fire personer og en sovesofa, et fint soveværelse og et badeværelse. I køkkenet er der opvaskemaskine, køleskab med lille fryseboks og ovn. Great people.They don’t bother you much. You will have to meet them to get the keys, which is fine for me. I think I by mistake stole one of their pillow covers(sorry!) place is nice and bright, you have quite good privacy with the setup. The town is a bit far from the location and no real busses go from there. But it’s 15min walk to the city which I didn’t mind. Lovely outdoor scenery to walk through. Great kind hosts

Jennifers and Lasses flat is very nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is great; almost everything is in walking distance. The hosts were very welcoming and replied quickly. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back.

We had a very nice stay at Josh and Anne’s place, the photos don’t do it justice. We would warmly recommend it to others.

Vi havde nogle super gode dage i Benjamins dejlige lejlighed. Ligger virkeligt centralt i Kolding, og har en flot udsigt fra terrassen. Vil meget gerne komme tilbage.

Eine tolle, ruhige und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Für eine kurze Auszeit und zur An- und Weiterreise von Kolding aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Tolle Unterkunft mit Hund.

Vi havde en skøn forlænget weekend i dette virkelig flotte og velindrettede hus. Boligen er både smagfuldt designet og istandsat – alt fremstod lækkert, rent og gennemført. Man føler sig hjemme med det samme! Omgivelserne er rolige og naturskønne, perfekt til afslapning og hygge. Kan varmt anbefales – vi kommer gerne igen!

Wow. Where should I even start. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and had a lovely and peaceful atmosphere. Got a parking lot right in front of the place and on the apartment was ground level (with maybe just a two stair steps), so carrying our luggage in was as easy as can be. We slept so well, (just remember to close the blinds and leave the bedroom door slightly open for better air circulation). And the hosts were superb: They were outstandingly thoughtful in every way. Can't thank them enough. They even surprised us with some Danish breakfast amenities, which - in conjunction with the coffee machine - gave us just heaps and heaps of joy. All-in-all, our stay with them turned out to be the highlight of our road trip. I will definitely ask them to accommodate us again. We also greatly enjoyed the botanical gardens (Geografisk Have) and the beautiful Kolding city center with it's old houses and narrow streets on the hillsides.
