We had a great girls weekend in this beautiful place. The house is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. It is very well equipped, the pool and hot tub are really great! There were 7 of us and everything was perfect to fully enjoy the stay. I highly recommend it!

Perfect accommodation in a pleasant, peaceful and quiet setting. The summer kitchen as well as the kitchen in the house were very well equipped. Boules court, heated pool with many deckchairs, ping pong table, foosball, everything is well thought out for vacationers. Stephane and his wife are responsive, welcoming and warm.

We had a very nice stay. The view from the apartment was even better than on the pictures, the hot tub was a nice extra, the hosts were very friendly and being able to get breakfast in the morning was a good benefit. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely recommend Fred's place for longer stays.

The home was beautiful and in a great central location. Owners were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy. Would recommend!

We went there with a group of 17 people. Everything went really well! Lots of activities available (darts, ping-pong, sauna), a view of fouuuuu, and a really excellent overall atmosphere. It's a great place to party. For those wondering if there are people next to Airbnb: yes, the host lives on the same land. However, everything is well soundproofed inside, so no noise concerns to be expected. Host is very nice! A little special mention for her two really adorable dogs. Giselle barks a little, but don't worry, he's a real love ahah. Anyway, I recommend it ++ (Feel free to call the host directly to book without going through Airbnb, it can save a little!)

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! The house is exactly what is detailed. Very good value for money. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to park. Very good location, 10 minutes drive from Carcasonne Castle. The house was cozy, everything we were looking for. Thank you very much for everything

We had a great time at Claire, Thierry and Stella's (their dog). Their kindness, hospitality and idyllic setting of their home won us over. We'll come back to that, that's for sure!

This is one of the loveliest long term stays that I have had ever had. This feels like a true home - all of the amenities and appliances that you could need for cooking at home and having a relaxing evening after a day of travels, including a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, and multiple sets of dishes. Never had any issues the hot water or water pressure. The wi-fi is incredibly fast and reliable, perfect for video calls for work and video streaming. The hosts live nearby and were very flexible and responsive when our train was delayed coming into Carcassonne, and they met us at the door and helped us to settle in. They also were very patient and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues (including those that were caused by our cat!) The location is incredible, very close to tourist sites and a nearby park / walking trail. Carrefour is about 15 mins walking, Lidl is a little further (25 mins walking). We'd love to come again!!

A fabulous few days spent relaxing with friends in a comfortable well appointed house. It had everything we needed - big table to eat at , plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, chilled courtyard space with options to be out , in or halfway. V close to the shop and bistro. The trains weren’t running but easy driving to Carcassonne and Limoux. Thanks again Olivier.

Very good stay for our family of 4 in Sophie's cottage, who is very attentive to hosting her guests! The kids loved the pool and garden and the little bike ride along the canal with the bikes provided. The cottage itself is pleasant and everything is well thought out for a pleasant stay. Absolutely beautiful house, very peaceful and has everything you need including for baby/young children. Provided high chair, childrens tableware, good quality cot and mattress. The views are stunning and the pool was lovely, has a little shallow step area perfect for my toddler to splash around in. Shops etc are a 5 minute drive away and plenty of bakeries for morning croissants! :) Would absolutely stay here again, so beautiful and relaxing and has everything you need for cooking, relaxing, and being on holiday! Thank you for our stay!
