Rare find, super cozy 1st floor apartment

Our rural apartment is located on the 1st floor in the most beautiful surroundings with peace and quiet. There's plenty to look at with crown game in the backyard and a lovely big lake surrounded by a park-like garden. A feast for the soul surrounded by beautiful nature. The E45 is only 28 minutes away and you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in Rødding and Gram in 10 minutes. Nearby towns such as Jels offer a beautiful swimming lake, and Ribe is the oldest town in Scandinavia. Come in September and hear the great deer's roar. See you!

Rural idyll in fun surroundings

There's plenty of room inside and out. Large private enclosed garden, common room with space for games and activities. Beautiful surroundings close to mountain bike trails and hiking trails in Stensbæk Plantage (2 km). For families with children, we recommend visiting the Riplay playground in Ribe. It's new, big, beautiful and quite free! The location is rural, 13 km to Ribe, 37 km to Rømø, and 70 km to Legoland. There is a smart TV/Chromecast. Also, an electric charger for the car. Incl. bed linen and towels. Welcome. Enjoy the peace!!

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pillow in the bathroom A bath tub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and barbecue. Dream bed can be borrowed if there is an interest in it There are fly screens on all plastic windows. The roof windows are not screened.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Forget your worries in quiet surroundings, with an apartment on Åskebækgård, right between Højrup and Arnum. Amazing nature In the area with Stensbæk plantation 5 minutes away and a half hour, you stand in the Wadden Sea National Park. The apartment has a large kitchen room, with all equipment for cooking, in addition there are 3 sofas, one can be turned into a double bed. There is also a bedroom and a large bathroom with washing machine.
