We enjoyed our stay at the tree house. Hendrick and Cathrin kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. They responded quickly with any concerns I had. Great location to UF, restaurants, shopping , and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood . They also offered us a bottle of wine. I would recommend the tree house !

Gerald’s place with the perfect stop on a road trip through Florida. Having a washer and dryer and quiet, peaceful environment were much appreciated. Gerald was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our family enjoyed staying at Susan’s cottage. It is surrounded by lots of nature ( trees, birds, deer, and armadillo). The cottage itself was clean and cozy. Susan allowed us to bring our dog and rabbit which helped us out tremendously. She shared information on the history of Old Bellamy road ( the oldest road still in existence in America) and its surrounding properties which was really informative. Overall, we really had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning to this special place in the near future. Lots of thanks, Colleen and family

Reviews of Brian's house all said that it it was very peaceful, private and relaxing with a beautiful view from the deck. Which were all true. My husband and pup are very good at chilling and really enjoyed their down time there. I enjoyed the two seafood lunches at Cedar River Seafood located only a few miles from the house. They have the best gator tail, ever! Thanks, Brian for hosting us!

Our 2-Night Birthday Getaway 🌟 For my son’s 14th birthday, I wanted to do something special—just the five of us, no distractions, just quality time. As a single mom of four, I don’t always get the chance to slow down, but this short getaway gave us exactly that. We stayed two nights at this cozy Airbnb that felt like a home away from home. The kids were excited the moment we pulled up. The space was peaceful, clean, and perfect for making memories—whether it was staying up late fishing in the lake, sitting around the fire pit together, or just lounging and laughing. The birthday boy felt celebrated, and his smile made every effort worth it. Thank you so much for allowing my family and me to stay in your beautiful home.

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

The home was beautiful and spacious! There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The pool was comfortable and relaxing as well. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Had a great stay here. It was a very relaxing getaway and the pool was great! Enjoyed the shower and the tub as well! My family had a great time!! 10/10 recommend!!!

The stay was very pleasant. Located in a quiet community with great neighbors. The host ALWAYS responded immediately and remedied any questions I had.

This condo was very easy to get to and super close to shopping and restaurants. Marcos was always very responsive if I had any questions or needed to reach out for anything. The units/neighborhood are on the older side, but Marcos has done a great job of updating with many modern upgrades. The unit has everything you need and is quite cozy. The area is pretty quiet aside from the interstate traffic, which isn't bad at all. Thanks for a providing a great place to stay!

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

Gregg is a very proactive host and excellent communicator. The townhome was exactly as pictured. We were in town for the weekend and enjoyed our stay!

Such a peaceful place!!! Manny was so nice and even took us to meet the horses which my kids absolutely loved. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the quiet.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

Great location. We enjoyed feeding the horse and the kitchen was great for the price. I did bring an additional stove and it worked like a charm. The place was cozy for a party of three.

Beautiful home on a perfect lake - I rented both houses for a shared bachelor week, and every was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, including setting us up with 7 kayaks. The houses were both better than they looked in the pictures, with large modern kitchens and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Lastly, the docks are great, and there are lots of birds and fish around. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the property was largely shaded so it was pretty cool throughout the day. There was a bunch of parking.

The tiny farmhouse was amazing, we started the fire pit to cook some s'mores and it started raining, so instead we enjoyed a nice cozy stormy night in the cabin, the farm animals were very friendly. I definitely recommend this place 😊

Will definitely book again! We had an amazing time at Robyn's Nest! This place is perfect for both family getaways and romantic escapes. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The lake is stunning and full of great fish, our group caught 16 fish during our stay and had an absolute blast with the kayaks. The house had everything we needed, and we felt completely at home. The game/movie theater room was such a highlight, especially for the kids, with a great selection of fun games. If you’re bringing your own boat, the location is perfect with a boat ramp about a mile away, and you can easily dock your boat right at the house. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, particularly the sunrises, which we watched from the master bedroom. The bathroom in the master bedroom is spectacular, it’s one of those features that’ll take your breath away when you first walk in. This has been our favorite Airbnb getaway so far. We highly recommend Robyn’s Nest!
