Through another door you can access the duplex located on the first floor: level 1, the living room with fitted kitchen On the second level, the bathroom with toilet, a small bedroom with a double bunk bed at the bottom and single at the top and another bedroom open to the landing with a double bed and "living room" area.

You will also have access to our swimming pool (shared use with us only) Entry is through a vineyard and the garden is not suspected at first glance. This is where the studio is located.

You will be a 10-minute walk to the city center and the beaches. All shops are nearby: bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, greengrocer and supermarket, to make your stay easier.
