Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. We offer you a disconnected ecotourism experience on the banks of a wooded pond, between the Nantes-Brest Canal and the Gâvre Forest. Lantern and candle lighting, solar shower and dry toilet, savor the joy of happy simplicity. Small comfortable duplex studio, ideally located between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire about thirty kilometers from the coast. 40 minutes from tourist sites (salt marshes, fortified town of Guérande, bay of Baule, port of Croisic), 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 2 hours from Futuroscope. A friendly place, ideal in the countryside. Guests can enjoy hikes, rejuvenate, peace and quiet, animals present dogs, cats, rabbits, ponies.

Gîte La Perrière

A break from the countryside, close to the canal from Nantes to Brest (15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike) and the Vélodyssée. We are located 35 minutes by car from Nantes and 40 minutes from the sea. You can enjoy the countryside, the forest, the sea and a large metropolis by coming to stay in our cottage that we wanted to be cocooning! The cottage is equipped with a key box in case of late arrival.

Bedroom is upstairs. Crib can be made available (not provided). Fully-equipped kitchen. Small courtyard. Your bikes will be safe there. The house is bright and fresh.

This stone house, newly renovated in 2023, close to major roads, is ideally located halfway between Nantes (30 min) and St Nazaire (25 min). Cordemais Power Plant and Donges Refinery 15 minutes away; Pornichet/La Baule 30 minutes away. You will find the La Colleraye-Savenay shopping area 5 minutes away. You will find everything you need (Hyper U, gas station, restaurants...)
