Designed to accommodate 8 guests, it offers all the comforts you need to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, whether swimming, hiking or simply relaxing with views of the mountains. It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

View Lake 2, apartment completely renovated in 2022, will offer you a magnificent view of Lake Annecy. Its south-facing balcony will allow you to fully enjoy it. Ideally located, you are a few meters from the beach. Opposite the apartment, a pontoon is accessible for your paddle boarding, canoeing... The fruitière barn

The non-smoking apartment is located upstairs in our newly renovated barn. With 1 double bedroom and 2 beds on a large, high mezzanine (not suitable for very young children), 4 of you can stay there comfortably. In the garden, you may meet other guests or our cats and our young dog or our turtles ;) Bed linen and towels not provided for stays of less than 5 nights (or €10/person/stay). Cleaning is your responsibility or can be paid for as an extra on site (€30)
