Also close to amusement parks: Center Parc Le Bois aux Daims (20 min), Futuroscope (1 hour), Puy-du-Fou (1 hour), Châteaux de la Loire and its vineyards (30 min). Price includes bed and bath linens, cleaning.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Come and discover this charming duplex in the center of Bressuire, with restaurants and shops nearby. Large free parking under CCTV (Place St Jacques) 30m away and train station (trains/ bus) 100m away. This apartment is perfect for a business or tourist stay, it enjoys a central position between Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Marais Poitevin, Center Parcs etc... River View Cottage

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

"Chez Marie-Rose" character city cottage

The 70 m² gîte in total will welcome you with all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop...). On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.

The countryside gîte and its private pond

Warm gite decor combining modern and old (exposed stones). Independent and clean terrace in the cottage that overlooks a large lot with clear views. Nature lovers will find their paradise, scenery and hikes, bodies of water for fishing and swimming. But also, many festivals, a high-quality built heritage. Linging and towels are not included. Cleaning at the end of the stay is not included: options available.

Our small house next door, completely renovated in the mountain cottage spirit, is located 5 minutes from Bressuire. Nature lovers, this is the place for you! We have made this place a small peaceful oasis where you can enjoy the tranquility. Double bunk beds, cabin style. Sheets, bath towels and linens are included in the price.
