This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

The "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" gîte is an old farmhouse of 150 m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.

Come and sleep in this newly renovated home. La Roche-sur-Yon is 10 minutes away, Le Puy du Fou is 45 minutes away, Les Sables-d'Olonne is 30 minutes away. It has a 140/190 double bed upstairs accessible by a staircase with a separate bathroom. Its 140/190 sofa bed can accommodate an extra adult or 2 children. This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase.
