Fully equipped 28 m² studio.

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

Composed of a kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and large living room with a 140 x 190 bed. For two people or with a young child (possibility to provide a baby bed and a high chair)
