Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

On the ground floor, beautiful veranda with living room, dining table, billiards and table tennis overlooking a living room decorated with a fireplace with lava stone insert, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a toilet, two bathrooms including one with toilet. Upstairs, five bedrooms each with a bathroom, a shower room, a toilet. Two terraces and a pétanque court.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

This 110 m2 house is an outbuilding of the Château de Vassy in the heart of an estate of more than 2 hectares of land. You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.

Mill

Renovated old mill, the accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet, ideal for relaxing on your own or as a couple. The place is fully equipped. Kitchen on the ground floor, TV lounge on the first floor, and bedroom bathroom ,( bathtub) on the second. If you're coming with friends, you have the option to book the guest room right next to the mill. This room is self-contained, comfortable, and has its own entrance.
