Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

On the ground floor, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs: 1 dressing room and 2 sleeping areas: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. Outside, a beautiful terrace with large table, heating umbrella and barbecue.

Located in Pontigny in the Yonne, 400 meters from the magnificent Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes by the day for very nice rides in the countryside, the forest and the vineyard of Chablis. We offer a romantic decoration with champagne for an additional fee.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
