As a couple, with family or friends up to 4 people, this cottage will seduce you with its modernity and authenticity. The Grange du Falimont is located 5 minutes from the city of Munster (with all the shops), you are nevertheless in a quiet area for many walks on foot or by bike and close to nature. You will also be close to the Alsatian vineyard and its famous villages such as Kaysersberg, Eguisheim and the Vosges mountains with its lakes, farm inns and ski resorts.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

The cottage was brought in 2020 in a former barn from 1900. Its large terrace with panoramic views of the Vosges countryside offers a haven of tranquility in a small village of 137 ames, located in the former Principality of Salm. In Senones, a 5-minute drive away, you will find all shops and two restaurants. An ideal base to explore the region and a place of calm and rest with modern amenities and facilities in a comfortable space.

10/15 min from Dijon, by car, in a quiet village, accommodation of about 50 m2 with mezzanine, in a refurbished barn. The kitchen is fully equipped. (fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher). Sdb with shower and WC. For sleeping arrangements, a 2-person bed is on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Wifi or not.

Charming mill (18th century) fully restored, in a private estate not overlooked. Classified cottage 1h30 from Paris, located at the gates of Burgundy and wine routes. Ping pong table, free access to the tennis court (racquets and b***s provided) , boat ride on the river . Quiet, total silence. Organic pool ,golf and farmhouse, close by . Great hiking trail.
