Very cozy and pleasant accommodation

Small cozy cocoon, ideal for a stopover cottage that we booked for the way to and from our vacation spot. Ideal for two people with all the necessary comfort and amenities. Excellent personalized welcome by Elisabeth who is not stingy with good advice. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely weekend with friends in this peaceful setting. The house is beautiful and what can you say about the outside, what a space! A treat, these little moments all together outside. We all enjoyed the stay and I thank Julie for her responsiveness, as well as Natalia who was very kind and smiling when I arrived.

We had a great weekend at Julien's house. House full of charm where beautiful waves emerge. Very functional, all the essentials are available and the bedding is very comfortable. The place is very quiet. I would recommend it 100%.

We stayed for two nights in this very well refurbished stable in a peaceful and very pleasant setting in the middle of the fields. Aurelie and her family (and Nougat who has a sense of hospitality!) are very discreet and very welcoming, thank you very much! Coffee and teas available, dishes for cooking, large bathroom and nice rooms. We recommend if you come to visit the area it's perfect! Easy to reach Bourges for example.

Great apartment, close to the center, cathedral, restaurant. Well equipped and spacious. Under the roofs, so during hot weather, it's hard to cool off. And there's a bar downstairs for those who are sensitive to noise with the windows open.

Very clean and faithful to the photos. Our 3-year-old and 1.5-year-old children enjoyed the toys available. Thanks to Vincent's mom who gave us some great tourist tips. Very good property!

Tastefully furnished and functional studio. It is well-equipped and parking right in front of the accommodation in a secure parking lot is a plus. Its geographical location allows you to discover on foot different centers of interest of the city and to go in particular to the discovery of the marshes of Bourges.

The accommodation is very clean and new. It has all the comforts. It is very well located in the city center and in a very quiet location. Frédéric is very available and very flexible in terms of check-in time. I highly recommend this listing, it remains inexpensive compared to the services of the listing. Would come back again.

Very good stay with Anne. 😁 I note the quietness of the street as well as the proximity of the CFD and amenities (bus, restaurants, cultural, etc.) The apartment is very clean and very pleasant for short stays. Apartment with a nice view of the cathedral and very bright. The balcony is very nice. The proximity to the city center is appreciable for discovering the city of Bourges with the magnificent Jacques Cœur house, the cathedral with its "crypt", the museum on the war and the gardens.

This accommodation is in a good location, quiet and functional. The value for the money is great. Thanks to Virginie who was responsive.

We spent 4 nights at Sabine's with a very large and 2 teenagers. We all slept well. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation, the linen available, the neat decoration, the reserved location in the gated community. The terrace is small but nice to sit and read a book. The walking distance to Montlucon city center was also very convenient. Having family in the area, we plan to return in the future.

Pleasant one night stay. Despite a late booking, our host did everything possible to welcome us and allow us to have a good time. Thank you so much! I would recommend this place of course!

what a gem of an Airbnb! Just beautiful inside and in the back garden. Everything you could hope for, well appointed kitchen, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable living areas. would highly recommend.
