Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

From the sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the balneo bathtub or you can cocoon in front of a wood fire (or not, there is also electric heating). Closed and enclosed parking in the garage or in the large private driveway.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.

The pond gîte

Close to the Pal and in a spa town, come and discover this bungalow located in the heart of nature and quiet. After spending a day visiting the area, you can relax on the terrace facing the pond. The fully refurbished bungalow has two bedrooms + a sofa bed. Kitchen is Fully stocked. Many walks can be taken from the bungalow. Sheets not provided or for rent €10 per pair. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air.
