In the very pretty Provencal village of Boulbon, quiet, spacious and air-conditioned farmhouse, with swimming pool, garden and view of the Montagnette. It lives as a haven of peace that calls for relaxation, for families or groups of friends. Close to all amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, cafes), it is located 15 minutes from Avignon TGV train station, close to the Alpilles (Les Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence,...) and only 30 minutes from Arles and Nîmes. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On the upper floor of the farmhouse with its independent entrance via a beautiful staircase, enter your haven of peace. You will discover a large living room of about 80 m², an independent kitchen, 1 beautiful master suite with its bathroom and dressing room. Upstairs, 3 other large bedrooms with closets, and a bathroom. Guests can relax around the pool and its summer kitchen, all on a 3800 m² enclosed plot.

You will sleep at the foot of the Montagnette, with orchards around the house. The Rhone is 1 km away . The village of Boulbon, typically Provencal, with its castle, its small streets, is a 10-minute walk away. Great for hikes, bike rides and motorcycles ( garage available for motorbikes or bikes) No pets are accepted.

This pleasant and functional cottage is located above a "Ryad" type courtyard, with pool and open kitchen (grill, sink and fridge) that you can enjoy. The courtyard is shared with the main house occupied by the owners.
