On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. La Ruine, cozy house in quiet hamlet

Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the calm of the countryside, close to the Loire (Loire by Bike), the GR3 accessible from the village. This house, despite its name, is fully restored and located in a quiet hamlet. Double bed upstairs with 1 extra bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor (140 x 200). You can prepare a friendly meal thanks to the fully equipped kitchenette. A break in a green setting! + €15 for the use of a 3rd bed.

Studio of 28 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a supermarket, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility of staying up to 4 people with an extra charge of €10 per night for the use of the sofa bed, for the supply of the necessary linen and the tourist tax. Studio duplex in Savenay

Studio on two levels in a green and calm environment. A corner of the garden will be at your disposal, where you will be able to come across chickens and roosters who will come to greet you. Parking is possible in the courtyard or in front of the house. Prohibited: Smoking / Vaping / Animals / Unauthorized people. Obligation: make the apartment clean.
