The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Really beautiful property and location. We loved this little nook of the central coast! We loved listening to the nature sounds throughout the day. Really kind host and very responsive and the cottage was extremely clean with comfy beds! We had a great stay doing a little bit of exploring but mainly having nice quality time at home with family. Kitti's & Tim's cute little place was just perfect for my stay in Umina Beach. Tucked away in a quiet back street, but close enough to everything you'll need. I happened to run into Kitti & Tim when I arrived, and they were beautiful, friendly, welcoming hosts, with the most adorable twinsies! ❤️ Otherwise, I didn't see or hear a peep from them. It was very private and separate. Inside was simple, clutter free and clean, with a tasteful, beachy/shabby chic/farm house vibe and cute personal decorative touches. A lovely welcome note and wine, suitable kitchen facilities for my short stay, plenty of room for two, and a comfy bed. My only concern was the hot water gets to scolding fast! But I'd rather it hot and adjust the cold, than never passing luke-warm. I won't hesitate to stay again, or recommend it to others. Thanks Kitti & Tim

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

Had a wonderful stay. Such beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds and very secure for our dog. Spectacular walks on the Bouddi National Park at your door step along with the beach close by. Anna was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again.

Nerm's place is in a great location very close to Woy Woy waterfront, 5 min walk to shops and restaurants plus a short drive to the beaches and restaurants of Ettalong and Umina. The room has a comfy bed, walk in shower, minimal kitchen facilities for light meals suited me perfectly and a lovely verandah to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

My husband and I have stayed at many beautiful places, The Nest is an absolute standout. Hosts are friendly and helpful without being intrusive, Kerry and Brad obviously love to share their accommodation. Amazing hosts. Accommodation is new, clean and high quality. It’s clear the standard that Kerry and Brad keep is high and do not cut corners. There’s nothing we can fault. We will book again in the future and highly recommend The Nest.
