Beautiful architect's house in the shade of pine trees.

Architect-designed house located in a quiet area and with a wooded exterior. Conducive to relaxation, it is close to the ocean, bike paths to reach Capbreton and Labenne-Océan. 15 min from Bayonne 25 min from Biarritz and 40 min from Spain. It has a 7.5 m/4 m pool heated to 28° during the summer and from April to May to 24°. Grilling and outdoor cooking by gas plancha. Inside, a very nice brightness and the bedding is comfortable. Parking can accommodate 3 cars.
