Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
