Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Comfortable log cabin with unparalleled lake and mountain views. Short walk to across the road to private rock beach where you will enjoy enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing. The property is a large cleared area surrounded by crown land on 3 sides. Endless hiking trails and beautiful landscape to explore. Pets welcome but must remain on leash and cleaned up after. We have a friendly dog on the property, Charlie.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You wake up from your antique bedroom suite pour a cup of coffee and walk out onto the deck to look over the beach below beyond the waters of Kootenay lake. Kayaks, Paddle boards and a Pedal boat or a little fishing as well. There are quite a few books here perhaps pick one and lie on the beach in that comfy lounger. Twenty minutes up the lake is Kokanee Springs golf course. Your neighbour above the beach is an Eagle Family.

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.
