Perfect location for our family to visit Bellevue and Seattle. Host was communicative and responsive to requests. Comfortable stay.

Fantastic space, top tier location, and magnificent communication and support from Alex and Jose. This is an adorable studio apartment, in as desirable of a downtown Seattle location as one could ever ask for. Comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom, and a truly cozy and relaxing space. I was amazed at how quiet and serene it felt in the apartment, while the weekend bar/party scene raged on, down on the street level below. The hosts are very clear about the parking spot being small. I was sadly unable to park my Kia K4 in the space, so if you have anything wider than a Kia sedan, do not plan on fitting into that parking spot. We ended up having to park in a nearby garage, which isn’t a huge deal, but if you are expecting a parking spot with your booking, you’ll want to ensure your car actually fits in the listed dimensions. The check-in sounded like it might be tricky, but Alex and Jose do an exemplary job of explaining the processes, and it went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our short stay, everything you need is available. Short walks to town with great restaurants and a small shopping center. Alexis was quick responding to my enquiries and a great host. Will definitely stay here if l visit Redmond again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It has stunning views of both Mt. Rainer and the city. Nice privacy in a quiet part of town, but only a short 20 min drive into downtown Seattle. The owners were also super friendly and attentive!

Staying in Belltown was great. We stayed for the week before a cruise to get acclimated to the pacific time zone. There is so much to do within walking distance. We used the Lime scooters and saw all the recommended spots in Seattle. Raymond was a great host and he answered any questions immediately and offered local insight. I hope to visit Seattle again and will hopefully stay here too.

This was our second stay at one of Lisa’s units and we would highly recommend to anyone! The unit place is clean and the location is quiet and convenient. We loved that the place is right off West Seattle bridge and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Lisa is also very responsive and was quick to accommodate us when we wanted to extend.

This was a perfect home base for our time in Seattle! The location was excellent - right on the water and just a block from the market. The entire waterfront is a public park, with a large pier right across the street for going out to enjoy the sunset and community vibe. From here we could walk all around downtown, up to the space needle, down to the ferry dock, etc. The condo itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The building amenities (hot tub, rooftop deck, etc) were nice, too, but we ended up not using them because the whole city is right there! The host provided very clear instructions for checking in, parking, and finding our way around the building. Make sure to read all their instructions, and you will find everything you need very easily. We definitely recommend this condo while staying in Seattle!

What a wonderful stay! Place is exactly as described. Immaculate. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location. Michael is super responsive and helpful! I will definitely book again when I need to come back

Jenn's apartment is the ideal place to spend a great vacation, relax and enjoy. She is approachable and friendly. The view from the balcony and the master room is spectacular.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and comfortable!

We loved being near the city, but still tucked away in the trees. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot, so we weren't always scrambling around looking for one. It was close to the Univ of WA campus (where we were touring with our teen daughter) and also close to downtown for restaurants and other sight-seeing. Our teen loved the loft bedroom, and we loved having the downstairs master bedroom. Living room was a comfy place to relax after a long day, and we played some of the provided board games and watched movies. Great location... with a nice view of the water and bridge.

Best place to stay if you’re visiting Seattle! Location is super convenient being next to the station and there are so many walkable restaurants and a market nearby. The place itself was clean, quiet mostly (until the unit above us became occupied), and there was basically anything you could need when traveling.

I had a great stay at this condo! The host provided very thorough check-in instructions and was excellent with communication throughout my visit. The condo was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. I did pay an extra fee for early check-in, but the front desk staff mentioned early check-in is usually allowed without an additional charge—something to clarify in the future. Overall, a positive experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

We had an amazing time at Tammy’s place. The home feels so cozy and comfortable, and is in a very peaceful and charming neighborhood. Tammy was kind enough to let us check in early and she was very responsive throughout our stay. We had an issue with a noise disturbance one night and she was very accommodating and communicative throughout the process. Overall would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Seattle area!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect for a first-time visit to Seattle! We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our first trip to Seattle. The location was incredible—truly walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants, and sights. We hardly needed our car at all (walked 80% of the time), but it was such a relief to have secured off-street parking (garage) available when we did need it. We also travel with our dog, and this place was perfect for that! There was a nice, pet-friendly setup with easy access to outdoor space, which made things super convenient for quick walks and exercise. The amenities were great. The rental includes use of the pool, dry sauna, workout room and rooftop viewing deck —everything was clean, well-maintained, and a nice bonus after long days of exploring the city. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seattle, especially if you want walkability, parking peace of mind, and a pet-friendly environment. Would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough good about the views and the location of this condo. We were fortunate enough to have clear and dry weather for the majority of our visit and the views of the Olympics and Mt. Ranier were spectacular! The concierge was always friendly and available for recommendations, etc. The parking garage feels secure and the proximity to basic groceries/goods could not be more convenient! Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was cute and spacious for 6 people. the pull-out couch was extremely comfortable and the patio was an added bonus for such a nice day in Seattle.

Pleasant bright space centrally located. It’s downtown Seattle — short walk to waterfront, Pike Place, Space Needle and restaurants. Very central. The only caveat is the an availability of groceries is limited. Fresh produce and seafood available at Pike Place and limited items at the convenience market. A great many and a great variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We did feel safe in the neighbourhood.

Second stay here, will continue to be my go to place when staying in Woodinville area.

Location, location, location!!! This condo was centrally located to everything that we were interested in seeing and walkable. It was very secure and we felt very comfortable being there. We would definitely use this condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the personal welcome sign, how everything was clearly labeled, and the location was perfect. It was right next to a grocery store, the mall, and loads of restaurants. Thank you so much for renting your place to us! We’d love to return next time!

GORGEOUS place!! What an absolutely wonderfully stay. It was exactly like the photos, smelled clean and fresh, the pool and sauna were awesome, and the check in/flexibility was perfect. Lots of things to do in walking distance, and many yummy restaurants! 10/10 would recommend and 100% worth the money!! Can’t wait to stay here again!
