Pæn og moderne lejlighed i stueplan.

Centralt beliggende ved centrum nær skov og strand. I lejligheden er der Wi-Fi (ikke helt stabilt) , TV, opvaskem., vaskemaskine samt tørretumbler. Der er mulighed for lån af barneseng og højstol. Der er IKKE sengelinned/håndklæder m.m. med i prisen men det kan lejes. Der er ikke rengøring inkluderet, dette kan tilkøbes eller gøres selv (se andet sted under husmanual). Skønt bindingsværkshus, i seperat længe på Vigegården ved Vigehavn i Svaneke. Huset ligger få minutters gang fra Svaneke centrum og kun få skridt fra klippestien og har udsigt til Vigehavn. Huset indeholder tre soveværelser, hvor det ene er med to indbyggede juniorsenge - der kan dog nemt kan stilles to enkeltsenge i stedet for. Huset er i fin stand og byder på køkken-alrum, stue, badeværelse og egen terrasse mod syd. Der er god isolering, fjernvarme og brændeovn og udlejes derfor hele året.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Garden cottage at the sea

The cottage is an annex located in the garden of our seaside villa in Rønne. Perfect for vacations on the beautiful island Bornholm. You will enjoy striking views of the Baltic Sea from the garden. There is a direct beach access - simply walk down the stairs at the end of the garden (pebble beach). The annex is new and contains one room with queen size bed (140x200 cm). Bathroom with toilet and shower. Fridge and zink but no stoves and no oven. It is possible to borrow an infant's bed.

NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful vacation home (80 m2) located close (400 m.) to the wonderful beach, and only a few hundred meters from a cosy fishing village. New Kitchen (2022), spacious bright living room with fireplace. Theres is access from the living room to a lovely furnished terrace facing south. Fast WIFI(fiber).
