In einer offenen Nische befindet sich ein Schlafplatz - ebenfalls 1,40m breit - für weitere 2 Personen. In einer zweiten Nische befindet sich ein Einzelbettt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei Sofas, einen großen Tisch für 8 Personen sowie einen Kamin. Zur Wohnung dazu gehört eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Duschbad und ein WC.

Willkommen bei uns in Neuwied! 🌿 Wir (Lukas & Britta) haben unsere ehemalige Doppelgarage mit viel Liebe zu einer modernen, 80 m² großen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Garten, großer Terrasse, separatem Eingang und Parkplatz umgebaut. Unsere Unterkunft zählt inzwischen zu den bestbewerteten Airbnbs in der Region – dank der zentralen Lage zwischen Koblenz und Bonn, der unzähligen Freizeitmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür und des hohen Komforts.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem wohnlichen EG Zimmer und einem Schlafzimmer mit Bad im hellen Sous-Terrain, das ebenfalls ein großes Fenster enthält. Beide Räume sind durch eine innenliegende Treppe verbunden. Der Wohnraum mit hohen Decken und Stuck bietet viel Platz. Die schöne, moderne Küchenzeile mit zwei Kochplatten, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine ermöglicht eine gute Selbstversorgung.

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
