Our family house, which is over 100 years old, was pragmatically renovated and furnished to our taste in 2017 in the former stable area. The cottage is suitable for a couple, solo adventurers, families (with children) and pets. A conveniently and centrally located Summer house in Egmond aan Zee with the possibility to use an outdoor sauna. ( on request)in winter months, from November to March Within 2 minutes you are on the beach and in the cozy fishing village with the many shops and terraces . The cottage has been totally renovated in the spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Due to the direct location on the lake dike, away from the main tourism, you will find the opportunity to completely relax and unwind.

`t Mouternistjen is located in bungalow park de Monnik. Close to village. There is a large garden at the house. The house was modernized in the spring of 2022. It is insulated, underfloor heating has come, a new kitchen, the bathroom and toilet have been addressed and there is a new floor in it. The house can accommodate 2-6 persons. Two bedrooms has a double bed. In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed.

North Sea: Cozy cottage right on the dike

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gates, wagon for 2 infants available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This contribution is NOT included in our prices but must be collected by us through Airbnb and remitted to the municipality.
