Amazing family house in the middle of Odense.

Better location is hardly available in Odense. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Odense, close to the city, with shopping, street food and the Hans Christian Andersen neighborhood. Two parks right nearby and the big Rosengårdcentre 3 min away. The house is functionally furnished according to Nordic traditions on 3 floors. Perfect for families or friends. 10 min away is Munke Mose, by the famous Odense river, with cafe, playgrounds, water bikes, boat trips, sun decks and much more. The apartment is also only about 3 km from Odense Zoo

The backyard features a well-maintained lawn, dotted with small trees. The exterior of the house is visible with a vibrant red roof and a spacious terrace above, surrounded by greenery. The area offers a serene environment, providing access to nature.

Lovely basement apartment in large 3-story villa close to town and forest. The room includes a small double bed with the possibility of extra bed on the floor. There is a small kitchen with microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle and fridge as well as dining area. There is a private bathroom, a private entrance and access to a nice terrace and garden (shared with the owner). The house is located on a closed residential road directly at Sønderskoven, but at the same time only 1 km from Vejle center.

Very well located with many activity opportunities in the nearby area and if you want a day trip to the North Sea it is only 70km away.
