Homely townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. Cozy cottage by the beach.

The house has the most beautiful view of the field, and is close to Denmark's best child-friendly beach. The house has two rooms with two beds in each, as well as an alcove with two sleeping places. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sulfo and dishes. The house must be cleaned before leaving. A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

Lots of toys and outdoor activities for kids; trampoline, basketball court, table tennis, sand pit, swings and lots more. A great little oasis close to the City of Vejle (5km) and LEGOLAND, Lalandia and Billund Airport (20 min. from house). Shopping 2 min away up the street. Please note: Two cats live in the house, they are very friendly and social.

There's plenty of room for everyone in this spacious and unique space. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and 1 bedroom in separate annex, a total of 9 beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. There is a living room on it. Sal with sea view and a children's playroom on the ground floor. The house is located 50 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches which is child-friendly. Guests should remember to bring linens, sheets, and towels. All guests must purchase mandatory final cleaning.
