Het appartement ligt op 6 minuten wandelen van het station. Grote markt is slechts 1 minuut stappen door de Koning Albert straat. ( de shopping straat) We bieden gratis fitness dagpas aan bij I fitness in de TT wijk op 5 min wandelen.

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt 😊. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Der zusätzliche Balkon ist super zum draußen sitzen oder frühstücken geeignet und die Aussicht sehr schön. Auch das Viertel ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig und liegt direkt an einem Park. Würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen, falls wir nochmal nach Maastricht kommen. Was ich sehr hoffe, denn es ist eine sehr liebenswerte Stadt.

Es gibt viele Highlights, unter anderem eine Sauna, der Hot Tub und ein Billardtisch. Es ist sehr ländlich gelegen, man hört die Tiere anstatt den Verkehr. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um zum nächsten Supermarkt oder in die nächste Stadt zu gelangen. Die Kommunikation mit Christian war super. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Hat man ein Anliegen hilft er sofort. Vielen Dank! Wir würden das Haus definitiv weiterenpfehlen!

Ons verblijf in Huize Koedoe was gewoonweg geweldig. Zeer ruime woning, prachtig zonnenterras en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt! Er stond ook een lekkere verrassing klaar toen we toe kwamen. Alles was zeer netjes en proper. Huize Koedoe is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de streek rond Tongeren-Borgloon te verkennen.

Wir haben mit einer Freundesgruppe ein gemütliches Wochenende mit Kreativität, Tieren und Bauernhof Atmosphäre verbringen wollen - und haben genau das bekommen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Besonders genossen haben wir den Garten mit den Tieren. Auch in der wunderschön fußläufig erreichbaren Umgebung waren viele Tiere. Kristel und Pauls Gastfreundlichkeit hat uns auch sehr begeistert. In der Wohnung stand ein großer Blumenstrauß mit Blumen aus ihrem Garten und ein Karton mit Apfelsaft mit Äpfeln aus ihrem Garten. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt!

I 100% recommend choosing this place for your stay at Bilzen. Aside from the greatly convenient location that is located near a train station and free parking is usually available, the place itself was beautifully taken care of, visibly recently renovated, and perfectly clean. We stayed at Dimitri’s place for 6 nights and towards the end of the stay, we were almost a little sad to leave. Excellently located, it was near everything we wanted to do and a few minutes walk from the station. Inside, we enjoyed our access to the terrace when the weather permitted. Bathroom was nice, with a hot shower and we had a comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to anyone!
