Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas in the courtyard. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. A parking space for your car is available in the yard.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. To the left of the bathroom is a small walk-in closet for your utensils. In about 400 m you can already reach the bike path R99 on the Weser. Shopping is about 150 m right around the corner.
