The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Le tramway se situe à 10 minutes à pied. Un arrêt de bus est à proximité du logement.
