Appartement moderne style loft en plein centre de Bordeaux

Situé dans un très bel immeuble en pierre, datant du XVIIIe siècle, cet appartement a été entièrement refait à neuf dans un esprit loft. Vous en apprécierez le calme et le confort ainsi que son emplacement en plein centre de Bordeaux. Appartement au 3e étage, sans ascenseur. L'appartement se compose d'un vaste et agréable salon de 32 m2, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains en duplex. Il est possible de faire dormir 2 enfants sur les 2 canapés du salon équipés chacun d'un matelas confortable de 80/200cm. Dans la grande et agréable cuisine baignée de lumière vous trouverez tout le confort : lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, four à micro ondes, plaques à induction, grille pain et machine à café Nespresso. 4 parkings publics sont à proximités entre 3 à 5 minutes à pied. Attention l'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Je me tiendrai à la disposition des voyageurs avant et tout au long de leur séjour afin d'apporter les renseignements nécessaires sur la ville, ses activités ... L'adresse prestigieuse de cet appartement vous permettra de profiter à pied de toute la ville de Bordeaux : la place Gambetta, les Grand Hommes et le Grand Théâtre mais aussi, bien entendu, les musées, les boutiques et les restaurants. Vous bénéficiez de tous les transports en commun (bus et tram) à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, ainsi que des navettes pour l'aéroport, taxis et parkings publics. Vous serez à 10 minutes en tram de la gare Saint Jean. Nous remercions nos voyageurs de bien vouloir respecter la quiétude du lieu, notre appartement ne convient pas pour faire la fête.

No possibility to move the car during the stay !

BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
