We enjoyed a two night stay in June and were offered an upgrade to the top floor apartment which was spacious and very comfortable. You will need to manage stairs though as it’s 3 levels up with no lift. Aside from that, it’s a beautiful building and nicely renovated apartment. Very comfortable bed and cooling system was very good during 35 degree days which was nice to come back to a refreshing apartment! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel in a very good location!

Enjoy the lovely terrace without vis-à-vis, the four comfortable bedrooms and an open living room very friendly. This was our second stay at Villa Reale and it was just as perfect as the first time. Beautiful 5-star accommodation, fantastic Juliet balcony windows overlooking Place du Parlement. Just magical! Definitely coming back!

I cannot begin to recommend a stay here high enough. The location was perfect. Even though the plaza was busy every night well past midnight you could not hear a word unless you chose to open up the windows and enjoy the view and the people, which we did on both nights. Great location. Wonderful restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I’ll be coming back to Bordeaux and staying here again.

nice apartment in historic center with parking

The apartment is very beautiful, functional and in very nice condition! Ideally located to put your car in the parking lot and do everything on foot, the tram station is 50m away. A real welcome with key exchange, visit of the apartment and tips for the tram, activities, restaurants and points of interest. SMS communication was also very easy and responsive, I hope we always fall as well!!!
