This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment, and if we return to Santos we will give preference to this apartment.

Small but comfortable place, super clean and organized. Full kitchen and spacious, good bathroom. Good location, not so close to the areas with the highest concentration of shops and restaurants, but it has good options and is very quiet and close to the beach.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs. Vanessa were always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion, if possible: increase the size of the bed. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

Gustavo is a good host. Answers quickly, gives important information, asks for help from building staff to help. The apartment is comfortable, has several kitchen utensils, 2 TVs, an office with a desk and Wi-Fi. It was great to stay there, me, my husband and the dog. We'll be back for sure.
