Our small eco-friendly guest house Le Jardin de Martin in Plérin in the Côtes d'Armor, wedged between garden and horses, is a 5-minute walk from Martin beach and the GR34 and close to bike paths. Designed as a tiny house, with south-facing bay windows overlooking the garden, furnished in a Zen and vintage spirit, it is an atypical, warm, semi-passive place, isolated from the waves with private wifi. Completely renovated in 2023, you will find in this bright studio all the useful accessories for a pleasant stay. Between land and sea, you are located 20 minutes from the bay of Saint-Brieuc. The Space: Accessible through a key box, check-in times will be flexible. This cozy studio includes: a 140 cm bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine.

Cozy 2 bedroom accommodation

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or after a day of work. Surrounded by our many animals (chickens, ducks, cats, goats and sheep), don't hesitate to ask us if you want to participate in the care of the animals, it's always very pleasant, especially for children. Non-smoking, it consists of 2 bedrooms (2 single beds - 1 bed 160 x 200), equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, living room, large flat-screen TV.

Small student accommodation

Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30 m² composed of a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from September 20, 2025 to May 30, 2026. We only rent to interns, a student in higher education, students on a work-study contract. You just have to book a minimum of 5 nights for each booking, and for each booking request, you will need to provide proof of a school certificate.

In the gourmet vegetable garden

Escape from the city and join nature to take a break in the heart of the Breton countryside. Our gîte located in a small hamlet, surrounded by animals and our vegetable garden (Vegetable baskets available depending on the season) is a peaceful place where you can relax. Located halfway between two small cities of character: Quintin and Chatelaudren, and 25 minutes from the coast. It lends itself to all your desires and reveals itself in all seasons!

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.
