What a lovely place! We enjoyed the comforts of this sweet home. The views from the decks and large windows were quite a treat. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, and a great assortment of games. Convenient location. Would like to return the next time we visit Beech.

Such. A cute house, decor was awesome. Perfect for our needs. Backyard was perfect- we built a fire and enjoyed a relaxing evening! Had coffee on front porch and was so close to everything we needed. So happy to bring our four legged family member!

Maraya was very responsive and considerate. The first evening we were there I received a message from her that she had dropped off an extra blanket and left it on the porch. She also asked if we needed any cream and sugar because she forgot to check if there was any Her home was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We accidentally left a few things in the fridge that we intended to take with us to our seat weaving class We felt bad because we didn’t mean to leave that to her to have to clean out. She was very kind with her reply when I messaged her about it. I would highly recommend her home if you find yourself in need of a place to stay if you are in the area.

I rented Ralph’s place for my son and myself as a little weekend getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was cozy and the views were incredible! Ralph is an excellent host. Very responsive and friendly.

This place was just what the Dr. ordered. We visited the area for a long weekend to get in some hiking and visit Johnson City and ETSU. This was by far the best "pet friendly" rental we have ever stayed at. The fenced in dog run was awesome for our two dogs and so convenient to the master suite. The rental itself was so clean you wouldn't have even thought it allowed pets. The 3br/2bth set up was perfect for our family of 4 (inc. 2 teenagers). The best part about this place is the rushing creek/little river right in front of the house. Morning coffee just feels elevated sitting next to the water. There is a great waterfall hike just 10min from the house (Laurel Falls). Make sure you stop by the Appalachian Coffee Cupboard afterwards for a coffee shake. All in all, if either of our kids attends ETSU, this will be our permanent basecamp when visiting.

Paul was amazing and the location was beautiful. We came in with our kids for a memorial service and this was perfect. We will stay again

We rented this house for our family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. We were all able to stay together and enjoy one another’s company. So much better than a hotel! The pool was not open for the season yet but it wasn’t really warm enough anyways. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Linens were fresh and also plentiful. We loved seeing all the deer. The only negative was driving the narrow roads in the dark. They made me nervous because I was unfamiliar with the area and it was very dark with a high likelihood of deer. Of course definitely not the fault of the host.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s cabin! The cabin was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our getaway. Matt was fantastic at communicating, he responded quickly and provided great recommendations about the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, Matt!

Our stay at The Summit at Peaceful Peak was wonderful! Jennifer & Travis are amazing hosts! Extremely friendly & inviting. They even welcomed us with music playing when we walked in. Super cool! Maple & Phoenix are an added pleasure! The view of the mountains is beautiful. The house is immaculate! There isn’t one accommodation you can think of that the house doesn’t already provide. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Giant Jenga was fun, too! And, seeing the wildlife while we were there reminded us of home. We had an amazing weekend here & the kids have requested this be our permanent TN retreat! We absolutely recommend Peaceful Peak & hope to return soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my 4th time staying at Tonyia’s cabin for work! It was sparkling clean as usual! They have everything you need with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. The location is the best in the area. Land Harbor is absolutely beautiful this time of year. They have SO many amenities and it’s beautiful to drive around and hike around the trails and parks in the area. The trees, flowers, and nature are beautiful! It’s a must stay cabin!

Just back from our granddaughter’s graduation from ETSU and all we have to say is - Just a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing space for the family to get together and enjoy each other. The amenities were spot on. Fully furnished kitchen made our in home dining experience a breeze. The whole decor was just amazing! We loved the comfortable feel throughout the home. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. My wife loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. All of the bedrooms had amazing comfortable bedding. The private outdoor setting with wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs and a beautiful view made for a relaxing evening of great fellowship. Overall everything with this home was over the top and we loved our experience. Our only regret was that we only got to spend three days here. Next time we are booking a week and truly enjoying all it has to offer.

Julie and Rick have the most gorgeous farm. Our accommodations were as described and meet our needs perfectly. They’re very friendly and personable. Their farm is immaculate. The pool house was cozy and clean. The outside space was perfect for morning coffee. We will be back next year! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Abril and Christophers place. Location was great for access to the mountain biking trails.

This was our second time staying in this complex, although first time with Vivian. Both stays are worth coming back. It is quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are nice. Vivian's condo made you feel right at home. Not overly staged but had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I had a question for Vivian while packing and she responded back quickly with a reply. The shower water pressure was amazing. Felt just like a massage. It has a cute deck just off the kitchen and although the weather (windy, rainy, cool), didn't permit us to enjoy it, it felt relaxing just to stand out there. The condo is located very close to the grocery store and other quick or sit-down eating businesses. Family visits have brought us here and we will continue to book again.

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

This was by far the most beautiful place we have ever been too. The views are of epic proportions the cabin was clean and comfortable. We didnt want to leave. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet getaway there is none better. The location is a good distance from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg or pigeon forge but thats what we were looking for, for our honeymoon. Suba's is excellent dining if looking for a wonderful meal.

Michael's cabin is adorable. The river is right off the back deck. My husband caught a fish! Michael was extremely prompt at answering questions. my dogs loved playing outside and the Appalachian Trail is within walking distance from the cabin. The local neighborhood dog, Jake was very friendly and came with us on all of our walks. Michael left a bottle of wine, candy, and bottled water for us - much appreciated! The cabin had all we needed and the bed was very comfortable :) We've already recommended the cabin to friends.

Eric’s place was the perfect getaway to get to know the area! The condo is located on the water, no water views but easy access to the water and boat dock. We brought a kayak and it was easy to use the dock to put in and explore the lake! The place was clean, comfortable and provided all the basic needs! Would highly recommend!!

This is a very cute bnb. Everything was neat as a pin. We really enjoyed the outside shower. The location is very peaceful. It has everything that you need to cook a meal inside or grill outside. The host was very responsive to any questions and assistance that we needed. We spent a lot of time lounging outside. The outdoor space is great because even though we had some rain , we were still able to enjoy it. Overall, we were happy with this stay and would highly recommend it.

This house was exactly as described. It was easy to find and to get to. We enjoyed our stay very much. We took the kids to Banner Elk NC to ride the mountain coasters and to do gem mining. There are restaurants and grocery stores near by, so you don't have to drive far to get what you need. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. Joe was very responsive and very nice.
