A good lodge location to tour Normandy if you have a car. I like the small private yard and green surrounding. The unit was equipped well with all essentials. The wash machine is a plus. Very easy to communicate with Julie. Thanks for the great hosting!

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

We had a great time in a very nice environment, very quiet, a small peaceful oasis with a very large garden, trampoline swing and horses that made my daughters happy😊. It is a beautiful cottage, a lot of charm, very well decorated with everything you need in terms of equipment, whether for cooking, towels, children's games etc… the bedding is excellent Honfleur is only ten minutes by car. Brief, superb stay. We recommend it 100%. We hope to be able to return one 😊day. A big thank you to Beatrice for her kindness and hospitality as well as for the small welcome gift.

Beautiful accommodation in a renovated old half-timbered house, in a beautiful garden. Excellent contact with the owner. Small village, few facilities, but close by ( another village) completely OK. Highly recommended for rest and fun visits. Giverny (Monet's gardens) can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Excellent and very clean accommodation with beautiful garden and pool! Cushions for the hard indoor and garden chairs would have made the stay just a little more comfortable! Excellent destination for those who love peace and quiet!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

Emilie's cottage was delightful and the gardens are just stunning. We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the little touches like the homemade apple juice. Our dog loved exploring the grounds and it was very relaxing watching the horses and wildlife from the garden. We would definitely return , it was an idyllic retreat!

Excellent stay at the sheepfold! Sabrina is so welcoming and available, it was great. The accommodation is as described, very clean and in very good condition The little surprise was the animals so nice at the bottom of the garden, at the top!! We'll be back!

The apartment was very cozy, quiet and had plenty of storage space. Wi-Fi worked well. You could reach many destinations by car. The landlady was very nice and helped us.

The cottage fully met our expectations. I would say that the place is even better than the photos, especially the surrounding area, which Peter and Sandrine and their children take care of with love. We enjoyed the secluded location of the house, the green spaces around the house, the view of the valley, in short, its bucolic side. Inside, the decor is neat, the furniture is of a good level, the kitchen equipment is of good quality, not mismatched and rather complete. This is rarely the case in vacation rentals. The operation of the TV does not require having gone to Polytechnique to navigate between channels and the size of the screen is satisfactory. The upstairs bedrooms are nice, the storage space anticipates rather long stays, and the stairs to access it, children not too young. At 3 years old, our child goes down the stairs accompanied; for the night, a gate would not be useless to prohibit access to the stairs located on the way to the toilets or the master bedroom. We had a very pleasant stay, we will not hesitate to return and we highly recommend this house.

This is an absolutely amazing home! It exceeded our expectations and Nicolas and Claire were exceptional hosts. The home is beautiful and the countryside is stunning. We are in love with Normandy. If you're considering visiting, this is an outstanding location that is so close to so many places. The DDAY beaches, the cider trail, museums, beautiful cathedrals--and we did not have a bad meal. It seems like everywhere we stopped to eat was top notch. We are in love!

We had a great weekend with friends at Lauren's house, which is very nice. Very quiet environment, disconnection guaranteed! Lauren is very available. We'll be back with pleasure on a future stay in the area. Recommended!

A hidden gem by the Seine We absolutely loved our stay in Jumièges – everything was simply perfect. The house is charming and comfortable, nestled in a peaceful, green setting right by the Seine. Watching my girls play in the garden with the river as their backdrop while I read my favorite book felt like a scene from a dream – quiet, healing, and deeply comforting. Balthus the donkey quickly became a friend to all of us (especially the girls!), and Naya and Gino were the sweetest companions. Pascal is an incredibly thoughtful and warm host. He provided us with clear, detailed guidance and local tips that helped us truly make the most of our stay. This place is a perfect base to explore the gems of Normandy – Honfleur, Étretat, Rouen, the Abbey of Jumièges and more. Every day brought a new discovery, and every evening brought us peace. This will definitely be my go-to hideaway any time I’m near Paris. Thank you, Pascal, for sharing this magical corner of the world with us 🍀☘️❤️💫
