Stone cottage - Gers Golden Triangle -private pool

This was a blissful getaway for a friend and I with our three children, aged 5, 13 and 15. It is remote, so you will certainly need a car (nearest convenience store a 10 min drive) but for a holiday to switch off it is perfect. It feels like a home from home, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Given the location, do bring insect repellent as in the evenings there are lots of mosquitos (but that's just the countryside). All the kids loved the inflatables and we enjoyed the lovely sun loungers and outside dining area. The house is well stocked with games and the tennis court was also used. Well positioned to visit all the local towns (favourites are Vic Fezensac, Condom and Auch for the best Hypermarket) I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are scared of wasps, they do live in the stone wall that surround the pool, so will come out on a hot day - although if you leave them alone they are just thirsty and won't sting. Hope to return again if they'd have us!

Exceptional site with a splendid view of nature. Relaxing and very well-equipped, nothing is missing to have a good time. Swimming pool, ping-pong, petanque, foosball, etc., Alain is a charming and kind person, available and responsive. Everything was perfect, go there without hesitating!

What a treat! Comfortable, newly renovated and all the boxes ticked. Isabel thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. A perfect week in the French countryside. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay in a welcoming, peaceful setting and in a beautiful home. Aurélien, our host, was very friendly and pleasant. We recommend it.

A narrow, gated pathway is visible, leading to a small outdoor area. The ground is covered with artificial grass, bordered by stone slabs. Wooden planters with greenery are positioned against a wooden privacy fence, creating a serene and private atmosphere.

We felt like we were at home in this large welcoming house, in the heart of this thermal village that we did not know. The avenue on which the house is located is a little busy, but the counterpart is that everything is within walking distance: market, very well-stocked convenience store, butcher, delicious pizzeria, takeaway burgers... not to mention the walking trails and the leisure base. The 4 individual bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are a real plus. Pierre is a very responsive and attentive host.

A charming two-story house is presented with white walls and contrasting brown window shutters. The entrance is marked by a black door, surrounded by a small garden area. Grass and shrubs frame the building, contributing to the peaceful outdoor setting.

Warm welcome by Cécile and her husband's welcome. The inside of the house is quite old but the environment is beautiful as well as the view from the furnished terrace, we spent pleasant breakfasts and family dinners there. The house is well located to shine in the surrounding villages. Full of activities to do with children (including wallabys animal park in Saint Clair, Gondrin leisure base, leisure base and play area of Castera Verduzan which is well appointed)

We had a great time at Marie's place who was always responsive and available to her hosts! We were 10 (6 adults, 3 children and 1 infant), the accommodation was very nice for this configuration. The house is very nice, pleasant, clean, functional and cool in the middle of summer. If you like the countryside and calm with unobstructed views, this rental is for you!
