Welcome to the detached guest house – perfect for those who want their own accommodation with peace and quiet. The house has a simple kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer and sink. The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Unikt gårdshus där det går att bara ta det lugnt, strosa runt i den vackra omgivningen eller ta ett dopp i sjön! Här finns sovrum med två sängar och bäddsoffa för två, dusch, toalett, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin! En braskamin för lite kyligare kvällar och ett uterum som förlänger sommarens ljusa kvällar! Vi kan även erbjuda en vedeldad bastu mot en extra kostnad! Även städning kan köpas mot en extra avgift om man har bråttom!

Newly-built and cozy cottage in the middle of Kåbdalis Ski lifts with proximity to ski slopes, cross-country ski tracks, ice fishing, water and much more. Just a few minutes' walk, you will find restaurants, shops, ski lifts and much more that Kåbdalis offers. Swimming area is in the middle of Kåbdalis village. NOTE: During May - November, the restaurant is not open. The store is open 24 hours a day with Mobile BankID.
