Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Mas Guérido, which offers a full range of shops, is a 3-minute drive away. Finally, Saint Vincent Park, 300 meters away, is ideal for a morning jog. Parking around the house is free (McDonald's or Picard parking 300 m away)
